Consultation
There is never a charge for your initial consultation. The initial consultation includes a full set of photos and a comprehensive exam
after which Dr. Robison will discuss your treatment with you in detail including any options for treatment and the pros and cons of each
option. For your convenience, if treatment is indicated, diagnostic records can often be taken on the same day. These additional records
are used to develop a custom treatment plan for each patient. These records are also helpful in tracking the progress of treatment as the teeth
move under orthodontic care. In order to save you time during your visit please fill out the Patient Information Form below and bring it with
you to your appointment.

Regular Appointments
The appointment when you get your braces on usually takes from one to two hours. However, once the braces are on, the appointment intervals can generally be extended for your convenience to as infrequently as every 12 weeks! These long appointment intervals are made possible because Dr. Robison implements the latest technologies and techniques. These advanced techniques allow longer treatment visit intervals and yet accelerate overall treatment time.
We are proud that our office is known for staying on schedule and on time. It is very rare that a patient needs to wait even for a few minutes. Our patients appreciate this refreshing change from the typical doctor office experience. In order to maintain this level of efficiency, if you ever need to make a change to an appointment, please notify us immediately.
Financial Arrangements
We work hard to make orthodontics affordable. The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's problem. In most cases we will be able to discuss fees and payment options with you during your first visit. For your convenience, we offer many payment options. If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we offer an accounting courtesy. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.) To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months. For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Insurance
As a service to you, if you have insurance, the insurance company will be called for verification of coverage and estimated amount of coverage. We accept assignment of benefits from most insurance plans and file the necessary forms to the insurance company for you. If we are not a participating provider in your plan, we will accept any insurance as an out-of-network provider.
