Jules is the first and last person you see when entering and exiting our office! Her job includes answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments. However, she also works behind the scenes to help the little things in the office run smoothly. She works on picture slideshows, helps keep the office straight and clean, and ensures that there is an open line of communication between patients and our office.
Jules’s favorite part of the job is getting to know the patients! It brightens her day when patients update her on their straight A’s, work promotions, and other achievements in their lives, but mainly she loves when they walk in and out of the office with smiling faces.
At the end of the day, Jules loves going home to play with her pet bearded dragon named Tesla! It’s so fun to go through my daily home routine with him hanging out on her shoulder. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar, singing karaoke, and playing games with friends.
What is one fact that few people know about you? Most people don’t know that I used to be in a rock band a few years ago! It was so much fun and really helped me build confidence, go to new places, and meet new people who share my love of music.
What is your favorite restaurant? My favorite restaurant is Hot Pot Hero! It’s so much fun to take friends who have never been before and explain to them how you can make your own sauces, and how to choose the different types of meat, veggies, and tofu you can order and cook right at your table!
Kristin is a treatment coordinator at Robison Orthodontics and has been in the industry for nearly 15 years. Her job involves meeting, welcoming, and educating patients on their treatment. She began her dental career working for Dr. Robison in 2006 where she eventually worked her way up to sterilization/records tech.
After realizing this was the field she loved, Kristin went back to school for dental assisting and took classes to become a certified orthodontic assistant. She then decided, several years into her career, that she would try treatment coordinating as well.
Kristin loves all aspects of her job, but her favorite part is seeing the amazing sense of confidence in patients when they see their new smile! However, she also loves building personal relationships with patients and their families.
She and her husband Justin have three children: Sierra, Kinley, and Preston, as well as a Chihuahua named Rosie! When not at the office, Kristin loves cooking!
